Each Swarovski crystal element is hand-placed one at a time using the strongest adhesive available. Even though we always devote extra care and attention to ensure that each crystal is sufficiently bonded, there are times when a crystal may become loose. Due to the delicate nature of our custom handmade products, you may occasionally lose a crystal or two. The item is not considered defective if a crystal is occasionally lost. Please don't treat these fine products like any normal pair of flip flops. Depending upon how well you take care of the product, you may never lose a single crystal.
We recommend that our products are always stored in a cool dry place and that extra care is always given to protecting the crystals. It's always a good idea to wrap them lightly in a protective cloth or bubble wrap when packing them for travel. We always provide a few extra crystals with every order just in case you experience the rare unfortunate incident where a crystal is lost.

We offer a hassle-free returns policy. In order to qualify for a refund, customer must request a return authorization (RA) number within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Please do not ship your items until you have first obtained an RA number. Any package returned without prior authorization will be refused due to security reasons.
To obtain an RA number, requests must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and must reference (1) the original order number, (2) specific item(s) being returned, and (3) reason(s) for the return request. Once an RA number has been issued, the product(s) being returned must be received by us within 10 days.
Packages must include the RA number and should be shipped to 3870 La Sierra Ave., #368, Riverside, CA 92505. Customer is responsible for all costs of return shipping.
All products being returned must be in original packaging, in unworn condition with no visible signs of wear. Size tags must be attached and plastic security loop must be uncut.
All packages not meeting these requirements will not be considered for any type of refund, no matter what the original reason.
ForbiddenSparkle.com will fully refund products returned within the requirements as outlined above. There is no refund of shipping and handling costs under any circumstances.
